I had this at a four star before. I don't really know how to explain it, but I like how it takes life seriously. There are other isekai webtoons where the FL is "sick", but you really feel it in this one. She's actually sick and in pain, so it makes it all the more rewarding when you see her determination and guts to stick it through and get better for just one more day of life. Ch 16 made me bump it up to five stars. I have not been so touched by a chapter in a manga in a long while.
