(ch 41) he shamelessly accepts whatever people are willing to give, and takes the rest. love him. i HATED the novel though, but as usual, the manhwa version is easier to convey comedy and makes a lot of what i hated about the novel more digestible. also no weird harem so far. also all the weird overlaps with north korea is making me cry like LMAO?! north korean lore arc?
LMAOOO he's like the least assholish money-obsessed person this specific brand of character archetype can produce, WHILE keeping his scumbag personality at the same time, and he has a realistic backstory for it. edit: the way the author simply deteriorates any credibility this man has with just his expressions alone is unironically impressive.

!!im early into this, so idk if there's romance or if the MC changes from what i'm currently perceiving him to be. tbh i can't tell if he fits in here or not. he's not really hedonsitic/shameless in the way that i personally see fit, and he's not really ethically bankrupt or that much of an asshole.
edit: yeah this story is engaging enough, but the MC's personality is kinda underwhelming. might remove him off the list
