MC is an unfortunate child who dies young…only to find himself deep inside the boss’s layer of another world?! So it begins…
Crazy. It reminds me a touch of Attack on Titan, but the graphs are more disturbing. The art is brilliant, but very stylistic and dark. The story follows the art, and is wild and cruel, even though it doesn’t always take itself too seriously. Plot seems fairly moderate in comparison. Looking forward to reading more, I think!
MC is a regular human, lucky enough to awaken as a hunter just a few years after the gates open. Only, his level and skills aren’t what you typically see?
Not bad. It feels a lot like Solo Leveling, but MC’s ‘core skills’ are different and give the story a more modern-problems-require-modern-solutions feel. Standard plot, but it’s nice that MC doesn’t take companions with him everywhere or something. We’ll see how this develops!
MC is a young adult who has just divorced her husband, and who has happily received money as compensation. So, she decides to start a business.
Eeh. I like the idea of ‘I will earn respect for myself’, but everything’s too easy and happy-go-lucky. I don’t even think the jewelry designs are pretty at all (you’ll know if you read it), and it stays very fluffy and light. No real work (in the reading), no real reward. But, if it’s more up your alley than mine, then enjoy!
MC is an F-rank awakened hunter….with an S-rank brother. He’s struggling to make ends meet by risking his life every time he enters a dungeon, until the day something goes very wrong….
Shockingly, super interesting and funny. I didn’t think I’d enjoy it because of its set-up (although it’s nice that it’s atypical), but it’s way more engaging than I’d expect. Done too soon! Can’t wait for more!
MC is of the Black Knight order, forced to do immoral things. Until the day her commander kills her unexpectedly. Then, she wakes up.
I like that MC is a female and a knight. I don’t like how some of the early scenes feel forced, but I do like that things flow more naturally the further along you read. I wonder if the beginning use of the term ‘swordsman’ should really be ‘mercenary’? Other than that, a good read. Plot is interesting for now and the author has some good humor. Enjoy!
MC has the very rare ability to read the hearts (emotions and some thoughts) of animals…and humans. For this, he has always been hated by his family. So, one day, he runs away.
There are a few wobbles especially early on, but it’s actually quite, quite good! Subtle storytelling while maintaining action and interest, and I really like how this MC is very different and more complex from the typical MC with animal friends. Enjoy!
MC is the illegitimate daughter of a count’s house - sent to marry the duke in place of their legitimate daughter when he’s deemed a traitor and killed in battle. So, she sets out to spend her days peacefully, alone, in a poor mountainside villa…
Cute, slice of life, and at least a very different ‘meet and get to know you’ than I’ve seen before. I’m not sure what direction the plot will take long-term, but I’ve very much enjoyed it thus far and am looking forward to reading more!
MC is the daughter of the villainesses, cast out to live at an orphanage until her impending ‘accidental’ death. So, she appeals to a powerful family for help….
Literally, the plot of ‘Monster Duchess and Contract Princess’, but not as well-written. MC has knowledge of her previous life, but doesn’t use it very well, and yet somehow people just randomly decide to help her? Events occur because the author wants them too, even if they’re poorly justified. Maybe it’ll improve? We’ll see.
