Shitty MLs/Families regret (Shoujo)

Wistrash ignored all advances from our FL, engaged for 10 years but never once cared or paid attention to her. FL was ostracised from her family, the social circles and everyone but he decided to just watch because he hated her. She decided enough is enough, left the engagement and marries a king from neighbour country (ML). The trash regrets ever ignoring her, and decides to chase her after realising all she's done for him.

10/10 so much satisfaction

This is THE classic. If you like this trope (for some psychopathic reason like I do) and don't know this manhwa, you are MISSING OUT.
Sovieshit (trash) is the king who brings in Trashta (sideho) and favours her with every single fuckin thing. FL decides to be a responsible queen at first but as the abuse/neglect builds up, she decides to follow her happiness by marrying a neighbouring country's king (ML). Trash was like 'WAIT!' How bout no.

Trash ML decided to get a queen while still infatuated with his concubine. FL came back in time from future and replaced her sister from becoming queen. ML was constantly trashy, publicly siding with his sideho and ignoring the FL.

ML falls in love with FL after opening about his past. His "infatuation with sideho was not love". But he realised he done too much harm to her, and she despises him. She makes sure to rub it in his face that she dislikes him whenever he acts nice.

FL wakes up back in time after dying. She was ignored in her marriage and separated from her child. She decided this time will be different.

Spoiler: ML also reversed time after regretting his actions, deciding to make it up to FL. But he realises she also came back in time and doesn't love him.

FL is an empress forced onto ML by her father. Typical abusive father + hateful husband who brought in another woman. Her mom was the only one who cared for her. ML & FL has some past, but she's cursed so she can't speak about it. ML tries to kill her repeatedly but when he realises it's all a big misunderstanding he regrets.

8.5/10 warning: more suffering than satisfaction. Cant even hate on ML proper cuz hes a victim too.

ML is a wizard who needed a purifier so he wanted to make FL fall for him. He knows FL will run away otherwise. He seduces her, says affectionate words without meaning them and wouldn't hesitate to kill FL if she wrongs him. FL knows this.

SPOILERS

FL decides to run away 5 years later. ML realises his feelings, cries, begs her not to leave and confesses his love. FL doesn't believe him. She's heard enough empty words of love from him.

The ML is the epitome of *my tragic past gives me a free pass for shitty actions* as he continues to take FL's love for granted and treat her worse than trash.

He regrets it later on when FL decides to leave, but it's like 80+ chapters of one-sided reader suffering and 10 chaps of YES QUEEN LEAVE HIS ASS. The frustration was real.

Note: the spoilers were FROM THE NOVEL, which I've now realised, is totally different from manhwa, there's actually very little angst.

1st life, she loved but was ignored.
2nd life, she was ruthless but was killed by the one she loved.
3rd life, she decided not to love anymore.
ML realises she doesn't love him anymore and ONLY THEN sees how much she's done for him. Tries his best to regain her love.
