Just sayin but this is one of my fav novels, but manhua adaptation is as usual, couldn't capture the essence of the story.
Let me tell you first, one of the core characteristic of MC is, she DOESN'T SMILE. She's a tsundere with facial paralysis. This is an important setting of the novel.
So when I read this manhua, my brain goes "This NOT Chu Zheng! "
I'd recommend the novel
