This List consists of works that inhibit the trope of the MC who is in some way completely overpowered, but tries to live in hiding. That entails stories that portray characters that are in some way trained, but live (now) in an environment where nobody suspects anything, because it is actually normal and (mostly) peaceful (i.e. an ordinary Highschool). I will try to not add each and every transmigration webtoon I can find, as they have to live up to certain standards.
✠ Story: 10/10 ✠ Art: 10/10 ❝MC crashlanded in bootleg Kandahar, when he was on a plain with his parents. Everyone dies, besides him, he loses his memories and local mercenaries take him in as a child soldier when he was 9. At the age of 19, he saves a bunch of korean soldiers. The Lieutanent of said bunch recognizes him being korean too, and, to thank him for saving his life, helps him find out where he belongs and take him there. From now on, he's a Highschooler in Korea.❞
