My gold standard for adventure isekai. Beautiful art, cool MC who isn't annoying, colorful worldbuilding and hype fights.
Korean man Kim Rok Soo reincarnates as a minor antagonist in The Birth of a Hero, a fantasy series about a Korean teenager named Choi Han who gets transported to a fantasy world of magic, monsters, elves, and dragons that's about to be thrown into chaos through a war. Nice art, interesting world, MC is OK, dragon is cute.
Wuxia isekai, no modern characters here. Dumb MC gets into shenanigans, discovers that he's not actually stupid, awakens his powers. MC is not goody-goody and more chaotic good, which is interesting.
King who regrets how he lived his life is reincarnated as a baby into a different world where magic exists. One of the best executions of a young isekai protagonist dealing with the reality of a completely unfamiliar world. Nice art, nice worldbuilding, but needs more interesting secondary characters.
Powerless MC in a dangerous Earth awakes his reincarnation as a great sorcerer king. OP MC is OP. Gets boring after he learns how to create magic nukes, but still somewhat enjoyable.
