An old trope that has, for some reason, exploded recently. This list is for series that specifically refer to novels and maybe comics/manga.

NOTE: I’ll be adding a comment about MC’s relationship with the OG plot because it annoys me to no end when they don’t realize their actions have drastically changed everything. Like, no one else knows they’re in a novel, to them it’s just life, so why not live your own life too? It’s never good to assume what’s best for someone.
