God, imagine being stuck as a maid in a reverse harem with leads who are literal criminals and mother-in-laws from hell.
Does this even count? I'm putting it under game category with romance option. She spends so much goddamn time explaining the game mechanics that I can't leave it out.
It's actually an action/adventure mystery game with a Victorian-ish steampunk flair…that somehow has male leads. The setting is pretty fresh and MC is actually good at the game in question. I dig that our ML is the scientist nerd type, it's a great opposites attract/perfect tag-team approach that does actually suit the game setting.
The game-like mechanic is too much for me not to add it. The objective is to find the real ML within a set time frame. She can level up her stats and her relationship level with all of the candidates.
So what if she transmigrates into a horror game, if there is a ML to be captured, then it still counts in my book. It also makes zero sense but that's fine. FL being literally taken over by the game is a really interesting mechanic.
