One of the best parts is the fact that she’s never played the “game” and therefore does not worry about sticking to or straying far from the “plot” apart from trying to keep her character alive and safe.
Death may be the only end for the villainess but if the villainess is the protagonist then that makes all of the MLs (who are capture targets in this route) potentially homicidal, which is kind of yikes. Anyway, the art is gorgeous and the tension is delicious. A must read when it comes to this trope, especially if you like it when game aspects are included.
Rather than the FL falling into an existing otome game, she falls into an original rpg game-like world and acquires a reverse harem otome-style. It’s funny as hell and each potential love interest is interesting in their own right—though for now it’s full harem mode which is great. Worst part is having the characters break the 4th wall to remind us it’s rated G. It’s original and chaotic, the formula doesn’t apply.
