it's just fiction, writing is where you can be free, to write about any scenario, and be free to imagine whatever you want, if this mangaka wants to write about a rape scene then they are allowed to, it's not illegal to fantasize. if you're a little pussy and can't handle it then that's too bad, find yourself out of the yaoi manga section cause there's plenty more where this came from. it's not like everyone who reads this are rapists, we read what we can handle. some yaoi rape mangas are too hardcore for me, and i just respectfully give my rating, and leave to find something that fits my tastes, the world doesn't need to know why I didn't like it. be as butt-hurt as you want, I'm just stating facts.
I actually have no issue with rape in literature, especially in yaoi. If you look at my homepage, i read almost nothing but Yaoi, of course i can handle rape in manga. You might not know this, but as Gattaca pointed out, i've been pointing out the rapes in THIS specific yaoi for a bit now, they just have the reasoning behind why i do it wrong. I'm not pointing them out to troll, i'm pointing them out because the people in THIS specific comments section have been arguing literally since day 1 that none of the "sex" scenes were rape and even that Jinwoo actually wanted it. I just don't like people saying something isn't what it is. Any time i post these comments here on this specific comments section i'm downvote spammed and i get a shit ton of rude messages and people slamming me with the "if you can't handle rape" strawman. That's why i post these.

guys, I do not think it is worth it to argue with this person, they refuse to be open-minded, and there's sadly nothing you can do about people like that except watch them dig their own grave. just do your own thing, and don't worry about the haters. I personally love the character development and seeing both sides of the story when they were in high school, im also chill with the uke's gf, she handled things....normally lol, it was a clean break-up, she didn't turn into a crazy ex, much respect, as for the "rape", it seemed like they were both enjoying it? lol actions speak louder than words, ik "rape" is bad, but if it was that bad, he would have told the police, and would probably be traumatized and not kiss that person for no reason BUT HERE WE ARE.

But yeah, it's ME who isn't open minded while you ignore 3/4 of the story so that you can like a character who is even talked down by his own friends... Sangtae's friends talk shit about how he has a bad personality all the time. Go ahead and point out some things Sangtae has done to make him likeable, i'll wait. Physically, yes, Jinwoo enjoyed the sex, but he didn't want it and resisted. He only felt good, physical stimulation. Also, what character development? Sangtae hasn't changed since the start...

I think you're getting something wrong, i called people idiots and stupid for arguing that the sex scenes aren't rape, not because they like the scenes. I've already said this, but the reason for ALL of my posts is that people on THIS specific comments section like to say Jinwoo wanted it when he clearly didn't.
